GO terms falling into owl:Nothing

seems to be from "tube lumen cavitation" & "formation of anatomical boundary"

these issues do not exist in BDSO - so not sure why it is coming in here

only appear when preparing new release - might be the way new ODK imports things in? will try a test release branch with IMP=false and see if it is import issues

If IMP=fasle, it seems fine though, so it has something to do with the way the new ODK imports GO I guess

Have tried with old and new ODK - issue happens with IMP=true either way, therefore it probably is a GO issue - might need help on this @dosumis

@shawntanzk I just saw that one yesterday! The problem is that we (GO) have not been testing with ELK 0.5. We have lots of issues to fix: geneontology/go-ontology#16524

I'm trying to make progress on that.
