List missing universities in the academic page

Was just triaging some open issues and came across this, thanks for the effort you have put in @smorimoto to see if this data can be included. Any update (in particular to this comment ocaml/ood#67 (comment)) :)) ?

For some reason, some of them have been rejected and I was going to make arguments with them, but I've forgotten this until now, so I haven't been able to push them further. I will do that!

Thanks @smorimoto -- this isn't a super high priority so there's not rush at all, but the more institutions we have the better :))
