Octo-STS app doesn't request "environments" permission when installed

I only get:

Read and write access to actions, checks, code, commit statuses, deployments, discussions, issues, organization projects, packages, pull requests, repository projects, and workflows

but environments is missing. Is this an ommission?

In the https://github.com/octo-sts/app/blob/main/README.md we show all the ones that are enabled, in this case environments is not enabled.

We might want to enable that in the next permissions update
