Map route to facility with FHIR valueset

How will we make this universal. @gigincg - this was made for our 10bedICu context of identifying patients right?
Keeping that it mind, could we change it to some in the line of

• Direct entry
• referred from another facility
• referred from an internal facility (this can be used in 10bedICU as the same as internal referral and in government system as within the government system)

Actually couldn't this be part of the initial demographic registration form ? that will make more sense right while registering the person them selves can say this or even if another person is registering for the person, they could say wether they are direct ot being referred from another facility. If it is internal, the person or another person outside the facility won't be using it right, hence they don't have to use the third option

We will use FHIR value set. This should only be asked in case of hospitalisation.
