Describe the bug
Duplicate tweets are being returned, I think because of retweets.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://life.coronasafe.network/gujarat/surat
Click on Twitter
Scroll down and see all the tweets.
See screenshot attached.

Expected behavior
Retweets or Duplicate issues should not be shown.
