Does HtmlTestRunner support Python 3.7.4?

HtmlTestRunner: 1.2.1
Python: 3.7.4

My test report (reports.html) has no template applied, just show plain text same as console output.

html-testRunner 1.2.1
Python: 3.7.5
work well with custom template.html
