Following on from the Formats workshop at the OME 2018 users meeting:

The purpose of this design issue is to collect user feedback regarding the upcoming OME binary vessels work.

Some examples of the type of feedback we are looking for:

Feedback on potential binary container formats that should be considered
Thoughts on the proposed OME Model work moving from a 5d plane based model towards an N Dimensional model
How important is added flexibility for user defined dimensions and attributes?
Any requirements for the API needed to read and write chunked data
