Describe the solution you'd like:

I have a situation where it would be nice to capture the output of OT and feed it into my own custom transport. I haven't seen anything in the docs that indicates this exists so I figured I'd ask.

One can write custom exporter for this need. You can take a look at any of the existing exporter (stdout maybe simplest to follow), and mimic it in own exporter. (The contrib repo also has additional exporters)
