workflow_dispatchからの差分アイコン変更はPRまで一連の流れがいけたっぽい🎉
が、差分が適切でないので以下対応しないとそう:
distの準備は今後は差分変更がメインなのでデフォルトでなく個別処理にして良さそう
アイコンが消された場合(deleted_components )の処理を追加
