Description

Most of the decoupling capacitors used in this PCB are way too large and placed away from IC's.
It can result in increased noise in power rails that can affect control signal lines.

Suggested Solution

Replace 0805 decoupling capacitors with smaller ones, for instance, 0402 (preferred) / 0603. smaller case => smaller parasitic inductance aka ESL.
Pay attention to capacitor routing it should have the least possible amount of loop inductance.
