RPM install fails on Rocky Linux 9.5

dnf install of sunshine rpm is unable to find all dependencies
Thought installing rpmfusion for Rocky 9 might work, but still errors out on missing packages with or without the following repos added:

sudo dnf install \
  https://mirrors.rpmfusion.org/free/el/rpmfusion-free-release-9.noarch.rpm \
  https://mirrors.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/el/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-9.noarch.rpm

Expected Behavior

Install sunshine rpm package with dnf command

Additional Context

The deb works in on same machine on Ubuntu 24.
