"Generate README" job fails after renaming site

When setting up Upptime under https://github.com/Grammle/status, I configured https://grammle.de as an endpoint with the name "Grammle". Since renaming it to "Grammle.de", the Generate README job in Summary CI has been failing with the error:

ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'history/grammle.yml'

Manually re-creating grammle.yml from grammle-de.yml and re-running the job afterwards didn't work.

How to fix the issue? Thanks!

Seems like it has fixed itself.
