Photos from image=* tags cannot be open on full screen (at the moment Android only)

Related to #21579
In iOS gallery in the context menu is not implemented yet, so resolving this issue may also be needed for iOS in the future.

The issue is:

• Images in the Online Photos section of the POI's context menu with image=* tag cannot be open in full-size.
• We have old code that probably needs to be checked and brought up-to-date.
• according to Taginfo there are more than 350 k photos with image=* tag
  

Steps to reproduce

• go to 47.77825 7.83096
• open context menu for POI https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/436089692 and tap on preview of the Online photo
• See that photo with image=* tag from the link cannot be open in full size https://www.outdoorseiten.net/fotos/data/500/medium/DSC03426_1024_x_768_.jpg

ToDo

• investigate the issue and implement recieving of large images with image=* tag from a new database
• do we need to show details for online photos with mapillary=* and image=* tags (see screenshots below how it works at the moment)
