Do a Microgrants project

We'd like to do a small Microgrants project next year.
The proposal can be largely based on the OSMF framework at https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Microgrants/Microgrants_2020
Of course, our budget would be much smaller.
One addition from the Board side already: if the call for proposals does not result in proposals from at least three different people, we will not fund any project.
What elements are missing from the OSMF framework or would you do totally different?
