This seems to be exactly what I'm looking for, and indeed immensely simplifies bot creation, BUT I need the latest features of the Telegram API. Any plans to update it?

I plan to completely rewrite bot (but keep idea of small DSL for menu, scripting, etc).
For now busy with work. I plan start at end of summer, - August. You may want find alternative bot or use low level telegram API and build own.
