When signing an .msi using signtool you can specify the /d option to give it a name. This allows you to control what the user see's when Windows UAC pops up about allowing tempname.msi to execute on your machine.
Currently it will say the .msi is signed by Outercurve but the prompt will be something like this:
Will you allow 581edf3.msi signed by Outercurve to run?
What we would want is it to say for instance would be ".NET Bio installer 1.10" or other appropriate language.
