forceupdater - File Not Found

forceupdater broke somewhere near 6.0.9282.1-2 (if I remember correctly). Since then, I was using old version, and it was working pretty well but this year it also broke and now during install it shows:

Copying files...

Access is denied.
        0 file(s) copied.
Access is denied.
        0 file(s) copied.

Done.

So I tried forceupdater from the latest version in hope that it's working now, but nope, it shows:

It is unlikely that this is a problem with Windows, since a long time ago I checked the forceupdater in a freshly installed, completely clean Windows 11. Alas, the result was the same.
