Packer configuration for GuixSD image

This enables creation of a Virtualbox image for GuixSD using Packer. Pre-packaged versions of this are available at https://app.vagrantup.com/palfrey/boxes/guixsd

To build, run:

Install Packer
packer build guix-vm.json
