Hi!

I can see that I can enable the departments feature, but there is no where in the interface where I can specify new departments. And I don't see where I can assign Agents to a department either?

Can you elaborate on how the Departments Feature is suppose to be used?

Thanks!

Hi @NikJaySix ,
As I still mainly write new code for the package at work, this is a feature that I have actually running in my local installation but it's not ready for public use. It is also related with another one called "Department notices". You may read the page dedicated to these features in our wiki Under Development features section.

In fact, one of the first changes I want to made to it is to call it "Groups" instead of departments, for a more wide interpretation to the same functionality.

Ahh, no worries! Groups would be awesome!
