Return value for "suggestions()" #144

The suggestions() returns a json format with the following keys: 'mid', 'title', 'Topic'
Could you please tell me what does the "mid" actually represent in the response? Or documentation where I can delve into further details about how the API functions?

mid stands for Machine ID and was used in Freebase, see: https://research.google.com/pubs/archive/44818.pdf
