Yes, this could work; If a dsp figured out user topics across all the advertiser pages; Raptive would be happy to also call this DSP's topics frame on our content pages and append them in bid requests to you, with instructions to train or not train on our content left up to you, the DSP. I'm confused if DSP code running on the advertiser's page can create an iframe for DSP themself and they access uesr's topics.
What can DSP do with the obtained topics, and does it make sense for DSP to call the Topics API on its own?
