Does not work for Indexes returning custom values

It seems to only work for indexes that only returns ref ids. if an index is created to return some specific values , then the plugin throws an error because the response has a slightly different structure, it ends up returning an array not an object.
e.g.

CreateIndex({
  name: "person_sort_by_name_desc",
  source: Collection("Bookmark"),
  values: [
    { field: ["ref"]  },
    { field: ["data", "name"], reverse: true},
    { field: ["data", "age"]},
    { field: ["data", "address"]}
  ]
})
