PRC Table 36 PRC_TYPE_ASM_Filter Offset

7.3.1 Entity types: Table 36 — Structure and assembly entity types: the final entry in the table is for PRC_TYPE_ASM_Filter.
The current spec shows the value as PRC_TYPE_ASM + 20. However the next value in sequence from the previous entry (11) would appear be PRC_TYPE_ASM + 12. Is 20 a typo mistake or is it verified? Using 12 does not cause failure when reading many files, however absence of evidence does not prove correctness.
Is there any historical change of offset from previous versions or discussion?
