LTE Data Missing on MediaTek device

Current Behavior:

LTE data doesn't work on MediaTek devices when flashing any GSI.

Describe the bug

LTE data doesn't work. VoLTE works, strangely enough. But not LTE data.

To Reproduce

Flash a GSI on a MTK device
Everything will work except mobile data, even when installing the IMS APK.

Expected behavior

Data should work.

• TCL Ion V, but it seems to be the same on any MTK device.

Additional context

Duplicate of this bug that was closed: #2627
My device does not have a dual SIM slot so I can't fix it by moving the physical SIM to another slot.
