it looks like there is a problem on Raspian Bookwoorm :

Pulling docker_mon (philhawthorne/ha-dockermon:)...
latest: Pulling from philhawthorne/ha-dockermon
ERROR: no matching manifest for linux/arm64/v8 in the manifest list entries

Maybe you can release a new version supporting it ?
