Issue with avatars

Right now, in my chat window, my avatar is the chisel chat icon. It's not registering my custom icon that's getting passed in with my user information.

Also, allowing the caller to provide code to convert a user into html would be nice - if we could provide, say, a target to the href (target="_new"), that would be very useful, or, more useful yet, a way to pop up the user's stat block instead of linking to their avatar. Of course, the way to do that would vary from app to app, so allowing a closure to be passed in to the constructor or something would likely be required.
