CAML Lookup IDs

Hi @jansenbe ,
I'm wondering if you can help, i can see you were working on some features last year in this area.
I'm trying to use CAML to pull a list using the LoadListDataAsStream or LoadItemsByQuery , but i'm getting the IDs for the Lookup Columns not a collection or the Title.
I've tried am i missing something?
Any help would be appreciated
