Recent tab occasionally reports ranks incorrectly

Recent events reports scores as #1 when they shouldn't be (and medals processor also awards Quick Draw when it shouldn't)

Example: K4neko on Ado - RuLe [Ren's NoRmAl]


There are clearly two better stable scores set over 10 hours before K4neko's score

Other examples:
makoto0510 on NateWantsToBattle - Chug Jug With You, but i can't anymore [Light Insane]
makoto0510 on Yousei Teikoku - Zetsubou plantation (Cut Ver.) [Normal]
zenitsufanboy3, Araxcrow, and turbo_igor_777 on Rango Tenge Tenge - Chicken funny [Eloxrad's Muzukashii]
Solor on mafumafu - Made to order (TV Size) [Maruko's Futsuu]
21Jeff21 and bug_player on ShinRa-Bansho - Ame, Tokidoki, Karankoron [Oni]

It seems to only (but not always) happen when there are around <10 total scores on a difficulty of a beatmap.

Thanks for this detailed report.

I've identified how this can happen and fixed the issue (it was due to caching too eagerly).

@yanda-dy Please let me know if you see it in the wild again after today.
