It is unclear which install to use when choosing to use bootstrap or foundation. It would be nice if a separate workflow was shown in the Readme.

Using bootstrap or foundation would be the "Roll you own" section, and just use the markup as appropriate for those libraries. I believe the roll your own example was my bootstrap markup.
