QRDAIII Validation - QRDAIII validation getting failed because of code system exist in the file

Hi Team
When we are validating qrdaiii with cypress, its throwing error as attached, if we remove that code system section, then cypress passing the qrdaiii files but as per QRDA-III-Eligible-Clinicians document, code system section coming under shall(screenshot attached). So it seems like this is the bug in the cypress. So please take a look and suggest us

Sorry for the delayed comment. The content of the languageCode element is actually dictated by the CDA XML schema that underlies the QRDA Implementation Guide. The languageCode element in CDA prohibits the use of the CodeSystem attributes. I've attached 2 screenshots from the CDA schema.
