Request: compatibility with workflow_dispatch

It looks like v1 of this action doesn't support workflow dispatches:

Warning: This action is designed to run on pull request events only, but a "workflow_dispatch" event was received.
Error: No pull request found.

Do you think we can support workflow dispatching in the future?
