Issue

The 'Office of the Dean for Research' logo height is inconsistent with other logos. The width for the logo img could be auto and height should be 46px.

Suggestion:
The below properties can be removed to fix the irregular logo sizes in the footer:

padding: 10px; from (#footer .logos #dean-research-logo)

width: 45%; from (#footer .logos img)
