The QIIME2 plugin for deblur has a helpful output, --o-stats, which collects per-sample stats on where sequences are dropped, etc. It would be helpful if this data was available through the qp-deblur plugin. I imagine this is not straightforward at the moment because qp-deblur uses deblur directly rather than going through QIIME2.
