Custom Cheats & External Controller Profiles

I would like to suggest some new features that are inspired on Drastic:

1. Customs Cheats
   There are times that there's no cheat(s) you're looking for in the cheats.xml file, that's why you have to add a custom cheat for yourself which is really a very helpful feature for some users like me.

2. External Controller Profiles
   This feature is also present on Drastic, where you can input multiple controller profiles, because sometimes users have different controllers that they use depending on situations or use. Sometimes there are controllers that aren't same with their buttons so you have to manually input them, so with your kind indulgence, it would be very convenient if we can have this feature so that we will not change the input if it come a time where we will use a different controller. 🙏
