Could operate in itself as a plugin, should provide the following options:

Mount murkmod folder on ~/user/Downloads
Umount murkmod folder from ~/user/Downloads
Create new plugin from template
Sideload plugin

Will be superseded by the Plugin Builder in the helper extension.
