[3.2.0-dev][fedora] Error on build: cannot load such file -- digest

I've got a similar error in my Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 environment and it has been addressed by installing the required OS packages as follows.

libyaml-devel package requires 'codeready-builder-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms' enabled which may be different in Fedora.

$ sudo subscription-manager repos --enable codeready-builder-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms

Seems like the error has gone, I can build 3.2.0-dev again.
I checked https://github.com/rbenv/ruby-build/wiki#suggested-build-environment during this process.
