Description of the new feature / enhancement

Wanted to use as service on windows 11 but will not install as service so other mode when not resident was used

now apps that Launch URL for any reason do not work, apps that download things internally may not work

A Tool to Redirect News, Search, Widgets, Weather and (without the )More to Your Default Browser

Scenario when this would be used?

Perhaps a user config understanding issue

but apps that download their own update stop working
