sorry to say .....it is a good one but seems to be very slow .. I have to wait for 20 mins to log in

I was experiencing the same and I changed the Base Memory (Motherboard) to 4096MB. Now it's going smooth as silk.

Yes, Very slow, CALDERA is not working

The ELK is enabled by default in the Beta version and would require 4GB memory, however, in the v1 release (BlackHat US - August) ELK is not enabled by default so unless you require it the VM would work fine on 2GB memory. For ELK to run you would require 4GB memory.
