I started with the image 20240408, modified settings for using serial LCD, rotary encoder (pause and volume control), start/stop buttons.
All worked ok after reboot. I updated to 20240612, and did a regression test after reboot. All was OK.
THEN I did a pacman -Syu (which modified a LOT = 220 of packages) which asked "Replace dbus-python with extra/python-dbus? [Y/n]" which I answered "Y". Downloadsize was about 500MB!
After that the volume control of the rotary encoder did not work anymore. The rest was ok. These were the packages:
pacman.txt
Supplemental 20240614: I don't get it... I returned to the image 20240408 (with my mods), rotary volume control was OK. THEN I updated to 20240612, rebooted, and rotary volume control did not work anymore, so WITHOUT the pacman updates. I'm at a loss here... It seems that we lack some stability here.
