20240719: Local database updates not possible

Local database update: Triggered by library view
Global database update: Triggered by main settings menu

Starting a local database update the window gets grey and nothing happens anymore.

Global database updates are working i.e. they are not affected by this issue.

I can't reproduce the effect any more. So I'm closing the thread for now.
