The following tests all have dependencies on a US keyboard layout:

  • InsertCommentButWithoutDefinedCommentChar
  • InsertCommentWithDefinedCommentChar
  • TestThatDigitKeysTranslateCorrectly
  • TestThatNumberedOemKeysTranslateCorrectly
  • TestThatTwoCodePathsAgree

I run on a UK keyboard layout, and all the above fail. These tests should be made keyboard layout agnostic.
