Define Implementation of Vault, Ideally Based on Operator Framework

An implementation of Vault was created for the PoC. What is the best way to implement Vault now? CoreOS released their Vault Operator, but the development has stagnated and they are asking for help. The Banzai implementation seems more mature, but what are the pros/cons?

We need a good Vault implementation for the MVP. Please help define the implementation.
