The Rosenberg Library in Galveston is a part of the Houston Area Digital Media Overdrive (same as Houston Public Library) catalog. http://rosenberg-library.org/e-library/e-books-downloads/

This should just be a matter of getting API access and adding the library right?

I think it's simply adding the card to the UI. Apparently they're a part of Houston Public Library's Overdrive account, so it's not even a separate request. Similar to HISD student id's working for Houston Public. Pretty much just a UI-upgrade, I think!

oh nice. I think the UI polls the database for the libraries, so we could just duplicate the houston entry with a different photo?
