Unable to do balance trade

What may be the reason I'm unable to do a balance trade? Scenario is that pysystemtrade went long on EUROSTX, which is afterwards closed on IB and now there is a break:

Strategy positions

(No breaks positions consistent)

BREAKS between broker and DB stored contract positions: [EUROSTX/20240315]

When trying to close with balance trade, I get the following and no change in positions:

(Order ID:no order ID) Type balance_trade for rob_system/EUROSTX/20240300, qty [-1], fill [-1]@ price, 4561.0 Parent:no parent Children:no_children INACTIVE

...and with balance instrument trade, no change in positions either:

(Order ID:no order ID) Type balance_trade for rob_system EUROSTX, qty [-1], fill [-1]@ price, 4561.0 Parent:no parent Children:no_children

Instrument is locked as expected. I tried to unlock but no change here either, it stays locked.

I've tried with these steps both when processes are running and when they're not, also no errors in logs.

Try to get the IB fill using the 'fills and completions' options?

The "Get broker fills from IB" doesn't return anything. I was a bit too quick and deleted the order stack, so there is no matching order ID to fill manually.

Please paste the full stack of what happens including prompts and inputs when you try and enter a balance trade, including a view of the different order stacks and positions before and after you do the trade.
