Manual update capital

I'm trying to update the capital. The overall capital is changed when I manually update it, but the system's capital isn't affected.
I might not know how this is supposed to work, but all of my backtests that are used for my trading signals are based on stale account values which don't account for a deposit.

How are the system capital values supposed to be updated?

Allocate capital to strategies

Allocates total capital to individual strategies. See strategy capital for more details. Will not work if update_total_capital has not run at least once, or capital has been manually initialised by update_capital_manual.

I'm trying to get this to work without accessing the IMDB as I have another system using that and haven't got a way to separate them at the moment. I had to update capital manually, and the first time I ran this I don't know that I had all of the data required in the private_config.yaml correct. I suspect that is why I'm having this problem.
