V2X Multiple Prices

V2X has a quirk in the multiple prices repo that i don't understand:

This indicates Rob rolled V2X twice on 6/29/23 16:00:00. This flows through the rest of the time series and throws off the rollconfig optimal roll offset by a month for each roll date. Are these actual rolls (did he do this or...) or was it a mistake made in interactive roll updating?

If its a mistake, did anyone reconstruct the roll history to remove this blip if it is in fact a blip? Did you shift everything back a month and delete one of the 6/29/23 entries?
