Reconciler previews fail

For example: https://reconcile.ror.org/preview/https://ror.org/01vx35703

This raises a 404 error, saying it can't retrieve "https:/ror.org/01vx35703"

Note the single slash after https: -- something in the router collapses multiple slashes.

This only happens when the id is part of the URL path, it works fine if it's in a query parameters, eg. https://reconcile.ror.org/flyout?id=https://ror.org/01vx35703
