It would be nice to have an example how to actually use the script, and which parameters are required.

Actually, if you clone the repo and type 'make', the demo site will be build.
If you're familar with rst2html.py (REST to html), the bootstrap.py script works just the same.

No, I actually have to add the template and remove the default stylesheet. The bootstrap.py script does not work without additional parameters as rst2html does.

The example should also be shown in the README.
