- 1 bottle sweet and sour sauce
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound pork sausage
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup dry Italian bread crumb
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 cup milk more if meatballs are dry
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 can small pineapple tidbit
- cooked rice to use under meat balls
- 1/4 cup minced onion
Mix: ground beef, sausage, egg, bread crumbs, onion salt, milk, garlic salt and onion together. Form meatballs into 1 inch balls. Cook meatballs in a 350° oven for about 10 minute on a foil cookie sheet covered with oil spray. Heat sweet and sour sauce with pineapple and cover meatballs and serve over cooked white rice.
