(Design) Formalize / Update Design for Review Page

We need to create an official design for https://coopernu.vercel.app/roles

• Next Steps:
  • Let’s remove the Flexibility rating (from implementation, it can stay in the design)
  • Change border radius to 8
  • Play around with colors for the bars
  • Include (summarized or in the individual reviews) all of the information that appears in the review form
    • This is in the SP24 page at the top of the figma

Feb 2nd GM Updates:

• I've sent the DB schema for Reviews, Roles, and Companies
  • Let's use these as a guide when thinking of what information to display on this page
  • I like the idea of aggregating / averaging the data across all reviews, so let's continue with that!
  • Sarah mentioned a consistent align right, so let's explore that
    • One idea; Maybe the aggregated content can have a different align than the review boxes

• Let's explore how we can use some of the information from the interview description text data we store and display that in the Interview section (like we talked about)
